In your role, you will execute a design vision for both our mobile app and web properties. The role involves interfacing with both our technical and sales teams to craft thoughtful, well researched, beautiful and highly-intuitive user and partner-facing interfaces, from concept to implementation.


  • Establish design guidelines across all properties
  • Execute competitive research and customer development for creation of new features and modifications to existing features, we are especially keen to get better at user research and interaction design
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user testing and customer interviews to assess usability and overall customer experience
  • Work with technical team to create customer journey maps, storyboards and user stories for new and existing features

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of mobile usability trends
  • Experience in conducting customer interviews and UX testing
  • Strong visual design portfolio
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools (Sketch, Invision, Axure)
  • Business sense is a big bonus in this role
