Customers can now jump the line using order ahead, customize boxes, as well as gain and redeem rewards, all designed to offer a better experience and increase patronage to this Southeast Asian inspired fast-casual.

The order ahead lets customers build and customize their boxes in the same way if they were in store. Customers can skip the line and pick up their mobile order at the designated counter spot. They can also pull up favourites and previous orders for an even quicker ordering experience.
When customers pay using the app via order ahead, they collect points that can be redeemed for free snacks, handcrafted beverages or boxes. There are even welcome and birthday rewards! Basil Box App members will earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Customers can also earn points by using the personalized promo code to refer a friend.
